Everyone’s favorite slice of watermelon has a birthday coming up and we’re celebrating in true Watermelon Swim style! Our beloved mascot Slyce, turns FOUR on Sunday, August 3rd, and we’re inviting all of our melon families to join the fun. From goodie bags and mascot visits to social media challenges and sweet giveaways, the celebration doesn’t stop there… We’re stretching out the fun all month long with contests, community love, and prizes galore! Because after all, it’s watermelon season year-round here!
Slyce’s Birthday Bash Kickoff
Mark your calendars! On Sunday, August 3rd, we’re kicking off Slyce’s birthday celebration with a special reel on social media. Be sure to check it out and drop your birthday wishes for the biggest slice in Tampa Bay!
The same day, we’re launching Slyce’s Sweet Social Media Challenge: #MelonMoments from August 3rd to the 10th. We want to see all of your melon moments whether your little one is showing off their swim skills in class, practicing at home, or repping their watermelon swag with pride!

It’s not a Watermelon Swim celebration without a meet and greet visit with Slyce! During the week after his birthday, Slyce will be stopping by each location to hand out goodie bags, take photos, and spread smiles. Here’s where you can catch Slyce for a surprise visit throughout the week:
