Watermelon Swim is thrilled to be the presenting sponsor of this year’s Gingerbread Village, a beloved winter tradition at Glazer Children’s Museum! From November 4 through January 1, families can visit the village as part of their regular museum admission.

The Gingerbread Village transforms the museum’s MakeSpace exhibit into a winter wonderland where creativity and imagination come to life. Families are invited to admire the festive creations on display and then build their own gingerbread house masterpieces using a variety of recycled materials. From cardboard and egg cartons to pom poms, pipe cleaners, and beads—there’s no limit to how sweet (or silly) your creation can be!

More than just fun, Gingerbread Village is thoughtfully designed to enhance fine and gross motor skills, spark creativity, and encourage children to experiment, collaborate, and learn through play. It’s a perfect example of how Glazer Children’s Museum turns family time into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

We’re so proud to partner with Glazer Children’s Museum for this special holiday event. Be sure to stop by, join the fun, and don’t forget to add a pool (and a safety fence!) to your gingerbread house. After all, safety is always in season!

P.S. Make sure to tag us in your Gingerbread Village photos when you visit the museum!
