Watermelon Swim is excited to announce changes to ring in the new year! For 2022, we are working to make the Watermelon Swim experience more customer-focused, with new tools on our Client Portal and changes to our policies and procedures to improve our customer experience. A link to our updated policies and procedures will be sent to all clients on Monday, January 3, 2022. Be sure to thoroughly read and accept the updated policies and procedures, as many of our customer-focused changes are reflected there. Over the next couple of weeks, we will send more information about each of the changes, and you can always visit the Front Desk if you have any questions.

Updated Watermelon Swim Policies & Procedures will be sent to all families on January 3, 2022 through a Client Portal email link. Please be sure to review and agree to the 2022 Policies & Procedures, including auto debit authorization, revised cancellation policy, revised make-up policy, revised check-in policy, and photo release for your students, no later than January 14, 2022. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Call Center or visit the Front Desk.

MAKE-UP TOKENS
you spoke, we listened
We understand life happens and we want to help make it a little easier for your family to prioritize your commitments. Beginning in January 2022, each actively enrolled student will automatically receive 1 make-up token per quarter, per enrollment (meaning if your swimmer is enrolled twice a week, you will receive 2 make-up tokens for the quarter). Make-up tokens can be tracked and scheduled through our online Client Portal. Make-up tokens will be added on the first day of each quarter and will be available to make-up a missed class through the last day of the same quarter. Tokens cannot be transferred between students and cannot be rolled over. See further details in our 2022 Policies & Procedures.

We are excited to announce some new features to our Client Portal that will be rolled out in the New Year including an on-site check-in kiosk for more customer-friendly attendance tracking, the ability to track and schedule make-up tokens, request classes, submit cancellation requests, purchase gift certificate, and track student progress! More details about these new features will be coming over the next few weeks.

For the first time in 2 years, in order to stay competitive in this difficult employment market, attract high-quality talent, and offer our employees a great benefits and compensation package, Watermelon Swim is raising tuition rates for 2022. Group lessons will now be $25 per class and private lessons will be $44 per class. We love how excited our families are to share their swimmers’ successes! For 2022 we are premiering an updated, fresh, and fun level-up experience, utilizing a new virtual photo booth app called Simple Booth. Scan the QR code next to the level-up board at any location and take a new photo or load a picture from your library into the app to access colorful, Watermelon Swim backgrounds and fun virtual stickers to add even more excitement to your swimmer’s level-up! Once your photo is styled with our virtual backgrounds and stickers, simply share to your social media directly through the app. Please be sure to tag us; we love to see our swimmers’ smiles!
